The value for money at Arkas was excellent, with a great room and great facilities. The location was peaceful and the staff were friendly and helpful.
The breakfast offerings could be improved with a wider variety of options.

The children absolutely loved the indoor swimming pool and were entertained for hours. It was a perfect place for them to have fun and splash around. The spacious rooms provided enough space for our large family, ensuring everyone was comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.
My children wanted to have more outdoor activities available, such as a playground or sports facilities. For families with active kids, having outdoor options would have been a great addition to the hotel's amenities.

our recent stay at the hotel in Proszkow was everything we hoped for. Staff was extremely friendly, the rooms were clean and spacious, and the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. It exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be returning in the future.
Communication with reception could have been better.

We loved the location of the hotel, just a short drive from the highway, making it convenient for us as adventure travelers. The staff, all women, were friendly and welcoming. The restaurant served delicious dinner with a good variety of Polish-style food. The free parking was a great convenience for us as well.
We felt very well taken care of and had no complaints whatsoever.

Even though dinner options were limited, late evening guests could use the restaurant that no longer exists mentioned in a previous review. Our room was perfectly clean and spacious enough for our family, with a well-equipped bathroom. the service was fantastic, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. the pool and spa were a great advantage that contributed to our relaxing stay.
Our only complaint was the loud noise from a party, which woke us up in the middle of the night. Perhaps the hotel could consider notifying guests about potential disturbances during check-in, as suggested in one of the reviews.

The pool was nice and the breakfast was good. the hotel was located in a scenic area and the staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the cozy ambiance of the restaurant during our romantic escape.
Our overall experience was disappointing. the room was small and outdated, and we could hear noise from the parties downstairs all night long.

The breakfast selection was good and there was a nice spa zone with a pool. The location of the hotel was also convenient as it was situated near the highway. It was nice to have easy access to the highway since we were traveling by car.
There were a lot of noisy parties going on during Easter. It was difficult to sleep with all the noise and commotion throughout the night.

This hotel was excellent value for money, providing a comfortable stay with attention to detail. The location was very convenient, with a bowling alley nearby and a variety of interesting places in the area. The staff provided great service, and the basic amenities were satisfactory. The rooms were spacious, with the added bonus of a balcony and two bathrooms. Additionally, the breakfast offered was delicious and fulfilling.

Great stopover hotel near the motorway. Very clean with fantastic leisure facilities including a pool, sauna and spa. Good breakfast and friendly staff.

I recently stayed at Hotel Arkas for a business trip and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel was beautiful and well-equipped, giving it a luxurious 4-star feel. The spa zone with a separate pool for children was a great addition. The staff members were extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The breakfast had a good variety of options and the restaurant served excellent meals. it was a perfect choice for both relaxation and business purposes.
